Barthelmess, Hollander, Melendres, Batista, Pathenay, Artieda and De Osma won the Surf City ALAS Pro

Peruvian Briana Barthelmess, Costa Rican Ethan Hollander, Mexican Jonathan Gordo Melendres, Brazilian Atalanta Batista, Costa Rican Tomás Pathenay, Peruvian Sofía Artieda and Peruvian Lorenzo de Osma were the winners of the Surf City El Salvador ALAS Pro, the seventh and final stage of the ALAS 2024 tour.
Barthelmess was one of the tournament's big surprises, winning at both ends: the Under 14 and the Open.
Another who shone in this sense was Thiago Passeri who placed second in the Under 18 and fourth in the open.
Sofía Artieda also performed well, finishing second in the Under 14 category and winning the Under 18 category, becoming ALAS champion in both categories.
The also young Peruvian Aissa Chuman also made it to the double final,
The event had perfect and consistent waves every day. The first days with solid swell entering with good conditions and the final days with the sea going down and equally perfect conditions.
