Local filmmaker Justin Mendoza captured some of the best days of the year in Pavones and here he collects images that feature local stars like Noe Mar McGonagle, Sam Reidy and Darshan Antequera as well as less experienced visitors from other places.

"Each swell had its good moments and I was lucky enough to be there to film it. The video lasts five minutes but I could make one that lasts up to half an hour of perfect waves. Maybe in the not-so-distant future another video will come out to close the year, a pure surfing show. I'm very happy with how the video turned out and I hope everyone is enjoying it too," said the filmmaker in contact with DUKE.

The wave, one of the best lefts on the planet, is the star.

In the best of the video Noe Mar connects a few good ones.
