World champion in adaptive surfing, Freddy Marimón Blanco of Colombia, will be fulfilling the dream of many surfers tomorrow when he has his chance at the Slater pool in Lemoore, California, the president of the Colombian federation, Andrés Porras, informed DUKE.

The authority is alongside Freddy and the Argentine filmmaker Mateo Rojas to fulfill the mission of sliding down the best wave created by man.

Freddy Marimón is Colombian, he was born with only one hand and his passion led him to skate and surf like a professional.
She has won several medals in different events and last year she took home the gold medal at the ISA World Championships.

Two weeks ago she was the star of the WSL website when her story was revealed.
