Goggles follows Luke Hynd and Toby Mossop surfing perfect waves around the world, also doing maneuvers in fun conditions and showing off some serious surfing skills.

They choose their spots well, with few people around and incredible waves.

There are also Matthew and Liam who take a few seconds of the film and show all their level of CTs.
