Costa Rican Lelani McGonagle shared in an interview how she got to the Olympic qualifying zone after days of great pressure and the path she took afterwards.
She says she is ready to go for the medals.
"My heart was in Tokyo," he said. He said he spent more time at El Sunzal than at La Bocana, focusing on his backside attack, and confessed he had never felt so much pressure in his life.
He travels to Tokyo on Saturday and is expected to make it onto the podium.
He says that one of the surprises can win the event.
