The wave camera and forecast website Line Up has just launched a second-hand sales space, they reported this week on their social networks and on the page itself.
What they offer is that the user delivers his used product, boards, suits, fins, accessories such as leashes, board covers, ponchos, etc. and "any other surf product", they are responsible for publishing it, selling it and then pay the seller by subtracting the commission detailed below:
Up to $100: 50% commission (40% for Premium users).
Over $100: a flat fee of $50 ($40 for premium users).
If the product is not sold, a series of gradual discounts will be applied to ensure that the sale is actually made. After three months, 20%, after six months, 30%, and after nine months without selling, the buyer can choose to donate or recover the product.
The delivery locations are:
-Showroom in Montevideo: Playa Honda, Malvin.
-Maldonado: Stop 7 of the Brava in Punta del Este.
