While Australia, Europe and Hawaii have seen plenty of action over the past few days, California's big wave queen Mavericks has been putting in a tepid performance.

Yesterday, Tuesday January 11, the sea was orderly and not gigantic, with 15-foot waves, light offshore wind and several waves entering.

The swell was perfectly angled for the lefts and so the Argentine and Nicaraguan, Manny Resano, enjoyed at least one hit.
