Perfect, solitary waves in a corner of Guatemala

With Emerson, Carlos, Jorge and Dylan, and nobody else around

If the well-known waves in Guatemala are already quite uninhabited, it doesn't take much effort to know what happens with the less well-known ones.

No one.

And they are extremely sensitive because some of them are located in river mouths that create very flat sandbanks.

Locals Carlos Escobar, Emerson Solares, Jorge Vazquez and Dylan Bardales tell the story.

They've been to those parts more than once and never found anyone.

And, with the abundance of waves, meeting someone wouldn't have changed much either, because the reality is that waves are plentiful.

The boat really increased the possibilities. Going from one spot to another in minutes, and getting out on the water.

The team first found a funny right and then a funny left.

After spending several days in Hawaii, it was interesting to find waves with more face and maneuverable areas, although, as in all of Guatemala, the barrels are always there.

And that was on a small day.

The trip ended early, the day had just begun and everyone was full of good waves, laughter and having shared entertaining sessions without anyone around.
