Pukas made it to his fifth Stab in the Dark final
This is the sixth edition in which the brand participates in the prestigious manufacturers' tournament.
The Basque brand Pukas has made it to its fifth final of Stab in the Dark, one of the most prestigious surfboard manufacturer tournaments in the world organised by Stab magazine.
Continuing with the new format of the event, in the first phase and first episode, the test pilot, Kolohe Andino, who does not know who the manufacturers of the boards he uses are, sent Pukas to the grand final, left two boards to be rethought (Borst and Pyzel) and disqualified the boards of his life (Mayhem) and also the unlucky 13 that was for Xanadu this year.
This is Pukas' fifth final in six editions in which they have participated in the tournament.
The model presented by the brand was the same one that has been successful in previous editions, Tasty Treat, although with some variations.
Now Pukas, if the same format is maintained as last year with Ítalo Ferreira as pilot, will compete against three other finalist brands to determine the champion.
The 2024 edition of Stab in the Dark is delivered in weekly half-hour episodes on stabmag.com.
