QS of Garopaba filled the registrations
With more than 140 surfers on the main list and almost 20 on the waiting list

The second leg of the WSL Latin America regional QS tour, the Banco do Brasil Praia Ferrugem circuit, has a full roster of entrants, as can be seen on the WSL website.
There are 112 surfers in the men's division with 16 on the waiting list, 32 in the women's division with three on the waiting list.
Surfers with experience in regional events such as Francisco Lolo Bellorin, the brothers Noel and León de la Torre, and the young Beatriz Mella, are some of the Latin American surfers on the waiting list.
Among those who appear in the main event are: Raul Rios, Joaquin del Castillo, Gabriel Vargas, Santiago Medeiros, Tomas Lopez Moreno, Marco Giorgi, Martin Ottado, Roberto Araki, Sebastian Olarte, Nacho Gundensen and Santiago Muniz among the men.
On the women's side are Arena Rodríguez, Melanie Giunta, Kalea Gervasi, Mimi Barona, Sol Aguirre, Catalina Mercere, Genesis Borja, Rafaella Montesi and Daniella Rosas.
It is the first time in three events that the women's category has filled a round of 32 surfers.
With a Brazilian majority, the event also has Argentines, Uruguayans, Peruvians, Venezuelans, Chileans and Ecuadorians.
It will start on Thursday 21st and end on Sunday 24th April.
