This day will go down in history as one of the heaviest in recent WSL history: The Box broke giant and perfect.

The tour commissioner at the time appropriately calls him "Evil and mind-blowing" after a surf there.

Italo Ferreira, giving the note that to be a champion you have to be brave, in his first wave of his life at The Box, got a tube hit that he later backed up.
