Reñacovid: Epic days at the Chilean beach break during quarantine
The locals got some hits these days
Different municipalities in Chile determined whether surfing was allowed or not. In Reñaca the OK was always given and therefore the locals went into the water without restrictions.
The quarantine coincided with a couple of perfect swells that leave the beach break like a mini port.
Needless to say, the party ended a couple of days ago when authorities finally banned surfing in the commune.
A film by Johannes Bock and Pablo Jimenez.
