Second South American WaveGarden will be in Garopaba
It will be a timeshare for lovers of extreme sports; the fractions are already on sale and cost between 20.000 and 30.000 dollars.
Plots have already gone on sale for Surfland, which is expected to be the second Wavegarden in South America, which will be located in Garopaba, Brazil and will have a timeshare format.
Each fraction, which provides two weeks of use at the resort (with two sessions a day on the wave), costs between $20 and $30.000. Extra tickets can be purchased to surf the wave, which are estimated to cost $50 for 50 minutes.
The complex will also have a skate park, tennis courts and a spa, among other amenities.
The launch of the project took place last Saturday in Ferrugem, with the participation of, among other personalities, Gabriel Medina, Fabio Gouveia and Carlos Burle.
According to information provided to DUKE by the company, the wave pool is expected to be operational in 2023.
In recent weeks, the Praia da Grama project, north of São Paulo, was announced. It has a different format: It will be a super exclusive private neighborhood. It is expected to be the first WaveGarden in South America.
