The semifinals in the Toyota Rio de la Plata Cup presented by Vans and Monster were determined in the four remaining categories: Open men and women and Under 18 men and Under 18 women.

Peru, Argentina, Venezuela, Uruguay, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Puerto Rico and the Netherlands are vying for victory in the four remaining categories; only competitors from these countries remain in the competition out of the 14 that started the event.
