Slater is in Bells
This is what the WSL commentators reported; supposedly vaccinated and recovered from Covid, the best in history will compete soon
The greatest ever made it to Bells Beach and compete in his debut heat of the classic event, WSL commentators Joe Turpel and Richie Lovett reported.
In the opening minutes of the series, Turpel said Kelly was in Australia and then Lovett added that she saw him “healthy” in the parking lot.
The 11-time world champion will face Owen Wright and Nat Young.
There was much talk surrounding the fact that Slater had spoken out against vaccines more than once and that he would not be allowed to enter Australia.
At the same time, Slater tested positive for Covid on April 1. They said it was difficult for the best in history to make it because he could still test positive but that was not the case.
We will expand.
