The opening session at Pipe was up to par: Very heavy, very scary and with some great tubes.

Pipes that only the masters could hit, like John John and Nathan.

The still sandy reef causes some of the waves to come in deformed, causes others to close and causes the outward paddle to have some horrible closes along the way.
