The preview of the Rio Surf Pro
No CTs in the area, few waves and the Passeri family and friends present at the free surfing
Surfe TV is previewing the Rio de Janeiro CT and is recording everything that happens in Saquarema prior to the start of the eighth stage of the CT that will take place there between June 22 and 30.
At least until last Saturday the members of the tour had not reached Saquarema, which was breaking with small waves and good conditions.
Those who did appear there showing a good level of surfing were Martín and Thiago Passeri and Franco Radziunas who are training there.
The next day, Saturday, the sea was even smaller.
According to Surfe TV journalist Carlos Matías, the forecast has changed quite a bit. On Friday he said that it looks like there are big waves coming and on Saturday he said the forecast had changed and that the sea could be medium.
What seems clear is that there will be no championship in Barrinha.
