The surfer is Luigi Benincasa and with him we caught the southwest swell that came in last weekend, the best spot to receive it was San José since it always holds its size and shape.
Luigi is from Manta and is very local to this beach as it is 40 minutes south of this city.
The shot was taken early in the morning with the sun rising behind some ravines in front of where these spectacular waves break.
