The Guatemala CS series were published by the WSL and did not bring any major news other than the occasional Brazilian who managed to sneak into the tournament due to the absence of international athletes.
Meanwhile, young Basque Annette González Etxebarri, who had been injured in Portugal and had said she would not compete in Saquarema, appears in the series.
The Spanish-speaking competitors in the tournament are: Yago Domínguez, Adur Amatriain, Lucas Cassity, Carlos Muñoz, Lucca Mesinas, Keoni Lasa, Franco Radziunas, Daniella Rosas, Annette and Janire González Etxebarri, Leilani McGonagle, Arena Rodríguez, Sol Aguirre and Nadia Erostarbe.
