Wave pandemic in Uruguay
Four days of gentle offshore wind and a swell that refused to go away, with no complaints from the authorities in this new normal

The feeling that the pandemic is under control in Uruguay left behind the old quarrels between surfers and authorities and was celebrated in an incredible way, with a powerful swell that made the waves break perfectly and consistently for four days; with the wind gentle from the land and the sun shining.
The entire Uruguayan coast had waves, from Montevideo to La Coronilla, and the Uruguayan surfing population got the urge to surf without guilt, without fear, and without appearing on the news or in newspapers.
If you like, you can call it the swell of the new normal.
