The tentative QS 2023 schedule shows a stage in the Dominican Republic tripling the points distributed compared to its debut event that took place in 2023.
The stage appears as tentative, to be held between March 15 and 19 at Playa Encuentro.
Last year, the tournament was level 1000 and had the local, but of Chilean nationality, Manuel Selman, winning the final against Evan Geiselman.
Also appearing in the tentative stages are the 5000m stage in Noronha between February 28 and March 5 and a 3000m stage in Praia Mole between March 7 and 12 (it is presumed that these two will be the ones that close the 2022-2023 South American regional tour).
The year would begin with an event on January 20 in the Philippines.
